Privacy policy

This site runs the official Class of 2027 senior jacket project - a school-approved Class of 2027 student project. It collected votes on the jacket design (voting is now closed) and, when ordering opens, collects jacket orders. This page explains what information we collect, why, and who can see it.

Voting

The design votes (now closed) ran on Google Forms, not on this website. Anything entered there was collected through Google Forms under Google's terms and is only seen by the student organiser. This site itself stored nothing from the votes.

Jacket Studio (design tool)

The Jacket Studio lets you try your name, initials, country patches, birth year, wrist quotes and sleeve patches on the jacket. It runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type or upload there is sent to this website or stored by us. Drafts and designs you save stay in your browser on your own device until you delete them or clear your browser data, and the PNG or design files you download only go where you choose to send them. The studio uses no cookies, tracking or analytics.

Like any website, Netlify (the service that hosts this site) receives the basic technical details every browser sends when it loads a page or image - such as your IP address, browser type and which file was requested - so it can deliver the site and keep it secure. When you search for or pick a country, the studio loads that flag's image from this site, so those requests show which flags were loaded.

What we collect when you order

When you place an order, we collect only what we need to make and deliver your jacket:

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising, or third-party analytics.

Payment information

We do not collect or store any card or bank details on this website. Payment is handled separately through Ziina, using the payment code from your order so it can be matched to you. Anything you pay through Ziina is governed by its own privacy policy, not ours.

Who can see your information

Your order details are stored privately and can only be viewed by the authorised student organiser, through a password-protected admin page. They are not shared publicly, sold, or given to anyone outside the senior jacket project, except the supplier who makes the jackets (who only receives the names, sizes, and patches needed to fulfil the order).

Where it's stored

Order details and uploaded patch images are stored securely on Netlify, the service that hosts this site. Access requires the organiser's admin password.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the Class of 2027 senior jacket - order details until the jackets are delivered. After that, the data is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to view, correct, or delete your order information at any time before the jackets are produced - just contact the organiser. Note that cancelling your order means we can't make your jacket.

No refunds, no returns

Each jacket is custom-made with your name, size, and chosen patches, so all orders are final - no refunds and no returns once an order is placed. Please double-check your name spelling, size, and patches before you submit.

If something is genuinely wrong with your jacket when you receive it (for example a manufacturing fault or a mistake on our side), let Rehan Ali (13A) know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to sort it out.

Uniform rule

Wearing the jacket is conditional on proper school uniform. If a student is not in proper uniform while wearing the jacket, the jacket may be temporarily taken back until they comply. Similarly, if a student does not wear their uniform correctly, their jacket may be delivered late or not at all, regardless of payment. This rule is enforced by Mr Kevin and Mr Allat.
