Privacy policy
Last updated: June 2026
This site collects orders for the official Class of 2027 senior jacket — a school-approved student project. This page explains what information we collect, why, and who can see it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect only what we need to make and deliver your jacket:
- Your full name — so it can be embroidered on the jacket.
- Your personal email — to send your order confirmation and updates.
- Your jacket size and classroom (12/A–12/U) — for fitting and delivery.
- Any patch images you upload — so the patches can be made and stitched on.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising, or third-party analytics.
Payment information
We do not collect or store any card or bank details on this website. Payment is handled separately — in cash to Rehan Ali (12A), or through GEMS Connect / Ziina when those open. Anything you pay through those services is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.
Who can see your information
Your order details are stored privately and can only be viewed by the authorised student organiser, through a password-protected admin page. They are not shared publicly, sold, or given to anyone outside the senior jacket project, except the supplier who makes the jackets (who only receives the names, sizes, and patches needed to fulfil the order).
Where it's stored
Order details and uploaded patch images are stored securely on Netlify, the service that hosts this site. Access requires the organiser's admin password.
How long we keep it
We keep your order information only as long as needed to make and deliver the jackets for the Class of 2027. After the order is complete, the data is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to view, correct, or delete your order information at any time before the jackets are produced — just contact the organiser. Note that cancelling your order means we can't make your jacket.
No refunds, no returns
Each jacket is custom-made with your name, size, and chosen patches, so all orders are final — no refunds and no returns once an order is placed. Please double-check your name spelling, size, and patches before you submit.
If something is genuinely wrong with your jacket when you receive it (for example a manufacturing fault or a mistake on our side), let Rehan Ali (12A) know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to sort it out.
